Seasoned fragrant aged basmati cooked in rich Coconut milk and spices served with “Sambal Ayam” –Chicken Sambal or “Sambal Kod” – Cod Fish Sambal (Chicken breast tenderloins and Cod Fish Fillets are both steam-cooked in Sharmini’s Kitchen homemade seasoning, grilled, then topped with a made-from-scratch tradition.
