slow roasted chicken (bone-in) marinated in Shao Xing wine and a variety of delicate Chinese spices,on a bed of fragrant jasmine rice cooked in made-from-scratch chicken-ginger broth, topped with fresh cucumber, coriander leaves, homemade honey-sesame sauce, chilli-ginger sauce and served with a cup of made-from-scratch chicken-ginger broth with fresh scallions.
(2) VEGAN Lemongrass in a Bowl 10 Slow-cooked lightly spiced, made-from-scratch Lemongrass-Coconut soup served with rice noodles, topped with fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime and shallot crisps.
